We started this brand because the watch winder market only ever seemed to offer two options. On one end, overpriced units trading on a luxury name. On the other, cheap winders that were never really designed to look good — just a wooden box with a glass top, with no real appeal to it, the kind that ends up shoved in a closet within a month because it doesn’t look good enough to leave out and hums loud enough to notice. We wanted a third option: something that looks like it belongs on a shelf, runs on genuinely advanced, quiet technology, and still doesn’t cost a luxury markup to own.

Double Axis is the one people stop and ask about. A gyroscope-style ring cradles the watch and rotates it on a single slender rod, so the whole mechanism looks like it’s floating rather than sitting. The single-watch version sits under a domed glass cover; the Duo, for two watches, sits under a clean rectangular one. Available in silver or gold.

Mechanix takes that same idea and scales it up — a full orbit of aluminium alloy and gears, with the watch mounted at the dead centre. It’s the most sculptural thing in the lineup, available in gold, silver, and grey, and it looks as good switched off as it does turning.

Every Rokxor watch winder — across all three series — gives you full control: clockwise, counter-clockwise, or bidirectional rotation. The turns-per-day (TPD) settings can be adjusted only in the Mechanix Series, so you can match it to what your specific automatic watch actually needs rather than a factory default, but in the coming future we will make all watch winders with adjustable turns-per-day (TPD) settings.
