ROKXOR is a brand fully owned and operated by Wristgame FZ LLC. Throughout this Website and these Terms, any reference to “ROKXOR”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to XYZ LLC. For contractual and transactional purposes, ROKXOR and XYZ LLC refer to the same operating business entity.

By using this Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Ordering & Payments Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

  1. Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs, descriptions, specifications, dimensions and pricing are accurate.

Minor differences in color, finish, grain, texture or appearance may occur due to photography, display settings, manufacturing tolerances or natural materials such as wood and leather.

  1. Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping and contact information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including product unavailability, payment failure, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, an unserviceable address or other legitimate legal or commercial reasons.

Prices are displayed in the USD currency shown on the Website.

Available payment methods are listed during checkout and on our Ordering & Payments page.

Some transactions may be subject to payment verification or fraud-prevention checks before processing.

Any foreign-exchange, international transaction or banking fees charged independently by a customer’s bank or payment provider are outside our control.

Delivery timeline are only estimates provided in good faith but may be affected by various circumstances such as: customs procedures in your country, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and serviceable delivery address.

  1. Customs & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties or taxes depending on the destination country.

These are local government-imposed charges for importing a product in your country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the necessary charges in order for the goods to be delivered to him. We will extent our full support and provide all necessary information to the customer for processing his goods through the local customs department.

  1. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Returns, replacements, refunds and claims relating to damaged, defective or incorrect products are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

Customers should inspect products after delivery and contact us promptly if there is a problem.

Whether an order can be cancelled may depend on whether it has already entered procurement, preparation, fulfillment or shipping.

Refusing delivery does not automatically constitute an approved cancellation.

Where a product warranty applies, its duration and conditions will be stated on the relevant product Invoice.

All ROKXOR branding, photographs, graphics, written content, Website design and other materials are owned by or licensed to Wristgame FZ LLC.

You must not misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent transactions or use Website content for unlawful purposes.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our customers, Website or business.

If you believe there is a problem with an order or payment, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can investigate and assist.

Where a payment dispute is raised, we may provide relevant order, payment, shipping, delivery and communication records to the applicable payment processor, bank or card network.
